of our processing of your personal data that we use.
This information has been prepared taking into account RPPD, the new Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data.
In fulfilment of our duty to inform, we notify you that the controller of your personal data of your personal data is LNB Hubert Czekajewicz Sp. J. with its registered office in Kobiór, at 56 Centralna Street, entered in the National Court Register kept by the District Court of Katowice-Wschód under the number 0000360278, represented by Hubert Czekajewicz, VAT 638-178-24-15.
Your personal data will be processed by LNB Hubert Czekajewicz Sp. J. in particular:
1) on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) and (c) RPPD* in order to:
(a) responding to enquiries sent to the company’s e-mail addresses and also via the
contact form on the website www.logonabalonie.pl
b) processing of orders and preparation of sales documents
c) handle complaints
c) to archive data
d) fulfilment of a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator

2) on the basis of the legally justified interest of LNB Hubert Czekajewicz Sp. J. [i.e. on the basis of
Article 6(1)(f) RPPD] in order to:
(a) establishing, investigating or defending possible claims
b) data processing for analytical and statistical purposes
c) customer satisfaction surveys
d) organising and conducting competitions and other marketing activities
e) marketing products or services
3) on the basis of a separate consent [i.e. on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) RODO] in order to:
(a) to verify the customer’s payment credibility based on information from business information bureaus
business information bureaus, in particular from Business Information Biuro InfoMonitor S.A. with its head office in
Warsaw (BIG InfoMonitor), the National Debt Register or contained in the database of the Administrator,
b) provide the customer with information on proposed amendments to the Terms and Conditions and the Price List,
of a change of name (company), address or registered office,
c) presentation of products marked by LNB Hubert Czekajewicz Sp. J. containing customers’ graphic symbols of customers, at the annual Rema Days fairs,
d) direct marketing of own products or services of LNB Hubert Czekajewicz Sp. J.
e) direct marketing of products or services of entities cooperating with LNB Hubert Czekajewicz Sp. J., however the customer’s personal data shall not be made available to third parties.

Period of data processing
1) personal data processed for the purpose of concluding or performing a sales contract and fulfilling the Administrator’s legal obligations shall be stored for the period necessary for the performance of that contract, and thereafter for the period necessary for:
(a) post-sales customer service (including complaint handling)
b) secure or assert possible claims to which LNB Hubert Czekajewicz is entitled Sp. J.
c) fulfilment of the Administrator’s legal obligations (e.g. resulting from tax or accounting regulations) or accounting regulations);
2) personal data processed for the purpose of marketing of own products or services of LNB Hubert Czekajewicz Sp. J. on the basis of a legitimate legal interest, shall be processed until objection is raised by the data subject;
3) personal data processed on the basis of a separate consent shall be stored until its revocation. Rights of the personal data subject:
1) The right of access to the content of his/her personal data,
2) The right to rectification of data, if the data processed by the Administrator is inaccurate
or incomplete,
3) The right to request the Administrator to delete the data,
4) The right to request the Administrator to restrict the processing of your data,
5) right to data portability
6) right to object to the processing of data on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Administrator or against processing for the purposes of direct marketing.
7) the right to lodge a complaint to the Polish supervisory authority or to the supervisory authority of another Member State of the European Union with jurisdiction over the place of habitual residence or work of the data subject or of the place of the alleged breach of the RPPD Categories of recipients of data (entities processing personal data on behalf of LNB Hubert Czekajewicz Sp. Business partners, courier, forwarding companies and postal operators, archiving and document shredding companies, hosting companies, accountancy offices, banks and payment operators, warehouse and sales software suppliers, warehouse and sales software.

When processing your personal data, we apply organisational and technical measures in accordance with relevant legal regulations, including the use of encryption of the connection with an SSL certificate. We use dedicated software in our IT systems to ensure security, as well as ensuring that serial correspondence is sent correctly. Our website website also has a security certificate.
